At Aequus Coffee, your satisfaction is the cornerstone of our brand. We stand behind the quality and precision of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, simply contact our dedicated team at concierge@aequus.coffee. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, which may include a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
