Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery

We are proud to offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.

To ensure the quality and precision of our curated products, we ship directly from our specialized international suppliers. Our estimated delivery window is 10 to 20 business days. While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, this timeframe allows us to account for customs processing and international logistics.

We believe the wait is worth it for a product that will transform your espresso experience, and we thank you for your patience.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 25 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at concierge@aequus.coffee with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Aequus Coffee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand what, if any, charges may be applicable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
